Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds work for all Shiv Jyot Healing sessions.

1. Appointment & Cancellation Policy

  • Clients must provide prior notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Missed appointments without notice may not be eligible for refund or rescheduling.

2. Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your session once, with a minimum 24-hour notice.
  • Sessions missed without notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Fees once paid are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
Rescheduling must be requested within the specified timeframe (e.g., 24 hours prior to session).
Shiv Jyot Healing reserves the right to refuse service in appropriate circumstances.

4. Service Changes

If Shiv Jyot Healing needs to cancel or postpone a session, clients will be offered:

  • A new date
  • or
  • A full refund
